Matt Miller

Matt launched MGM Capital Investments because he kept watching real estate investors get slowed down — or turned away — by lenders who didn't understand how deals actually work.
He comes at this from both sides. As a licensed mortgage professional and someone who understands the investor mindset, Matt's job is to look at your deal, find the right structure, and get it across the finish line. No runaround. No hand-holding you to the wrong product. Just straight answers and a clear path forward.
His specialty is creative deal structure — the situations that don't fit a standard box. Fix & flip, DSCR, ground-up construction, bridge, portfolio — if there's a way to make it work, he'll find it.
Outside the office, Matt's a husband and dad to two boys, a die-hard Braves and Bulldogs fan, and a firm believer that weekends are for the ballpark.

Devin brings an electrician’s eye and hands-on experience to the MGM Capital Investments team. Having worked inside walls, attics, and crawl spaces, he understands what it takes to turn a renovation plan into a finished property.
His knowledge of scopes of work and the physical demands of rehabbing homes helps him connect naturally with fix-and-flip investors.

Bonnie doesn't just understand real estate investing — she does it. With her own portfolio of long-term, mid-term, and short-term rentals, she brings a borrower's perspective to every deal she works. She knows what investors actually need because she's been in their seat.
At MGM, Bonnie specializes in non-QM investor lending — DSCR, fix & flip, bridge, and construction. She's built a reputation for proactive communication and genuinely concierge-level service. Clients don't feel like a file number — they feel like a partner.
She's also the founder of THE MTR Connect, the first nationwide virtual community for mid-term rental investors — which tells you everything about how seriously she takes this space.
Outside of work, you'll find her on a paddleboard, in a garden, or at a live music show somewhere in the mountains.

Gayle Sandy brings more than 35 years of mortgage industry experience to her role as MGM Capital Investments’ dedicated DSCR processor.
She’s our go-to for navigating conditions, coordinating with lenders, and keeping rental property loans moving toward closing. With a sharp eye for detail and proactive communication, Gayle turns complex requirements into clear next steps and helps borrowers feel confident throughout the process.
Her experience, persistence, and commitment to getting the job done make her an invaluable partner to our team and the investors we serve.
