Matt launched MGM Capital Investments because he kept watching real estate investors get slowed down — or turned away — by lenders who didn't understand how deals actually work.
He comes at this from both sides. As a licensed mortgage professional and someone who understands the investor mindset, Matt's job is to look at your deal, find the right structure, and get it across the finish line. No runaround. No hand-holding you to the wrong product. Just straight answers and a clear path forward.
His specialty is creative deal structure — the situations that don't fit a standard box. Fix & flip, DSCR, ground-up construction, bridge, portfolio — if there's a way to make it work, he'll find it.
Outside the office, Matt's a husband and dad to two boys, a die-hard Braves and Bulldogs fan, and a firm believer that weekends are for the ballpark.
