Terms and Conditions for 25 bps Discount Promotion

MGM Capital Investments, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") offers a promotional discount of 25 basis points (bps) as a credit towards broker fees on the first closed loan for new clients who sign up through our website. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1. This offer is valid for new clients only who have not previously closed a loan with MGM Capital Investments.
1.2. Clients must sign up through the designated form on our website or click HERE to qualify.
1.3. This promotion is available to individuals and entities in states where MGM Capital Investments, LLC operates.

2. Discount Details

2.1. The discount provides a credit of 25 basis points (0.25%) towards broker fees for the client’s first closed loan.
2.2. The discount is capped at a maximum of $1,000.
2.3. The credit is applied directly to the broker fees at closing and has no cash value.
2.4. There is no maximum loan amount for this promotion.

3. Applicable Loan Programs

3.1. The discount applies to the following loan programs:

  • Fix & Flip Loans

  • DSCR Loans

  • Bridge Loans

  • Ground Up Construction Loans

3.2. This promotion is not valid for loan programs that do not involve broker fees or any programs not listed above.

4. Usage Terms

4.1. The credit is valid for the first closed loan only and cannot be transferred to subsequent loans.
4.2. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

5. Expiry

5.1. The offer is valid for loans that close within 60 days of signing up, unless otherwise specified in writing by MGM Capital Investments.
5.2. If the loan does not close within this period, the credit will no longer be valid.

6. Conditions and Limitations

6.1. All loans are subject to credit approval, property eligibility, and other standard underwriting requirements.
6.2. The credit applies only to broker fees and does not waive or reduce other fees associated with the loan, such as appraisal fees, title fees, or third-party charges.
6.3. MGM Capital Investments reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the stated criteria.

7. Changes to the Promotion

7.1. MGM Capital Investments reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of a modification or termination, all eligible sign-ups prior to the change will be honored under the original terms.

8. Liability

8.1. MGM Capital Investments is not responsible for any technical errors or delays that prevent clients from completing the sign-up process.
8.2. The client is responsible for understanding all terms related to their loan, including fees and repayment conditions, before closing.
